Manroop counsels clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, entitlements, development, environmental review, and zoning.
Prior to joining Carr McClellan, Manroop was a member of the Litigation Department in the Silicon Valley office of Dechert LLP. He has also worked in the Natural Resources division of the California Attorney General’s office and in the Land Use division of the San Francisco City Attorney’s office.
