Kimberly specializes in trust, estate, and probate litigation. She is a civil litigator with experience in general commercial litigation, securities, breach of contract, trademark, attorney malpractice, and internal and regulatory investigations.

Following law school, Kimberly clerked for the Honorable J. Michael Seabright of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii. Prior to joining Carr McClellan, she was a litigation attorney at Morrison Foerster LLP, a large international firm, and Taylor & Company Law Offices LLP, a boutique litigation firm. While she was a law student, Kimberly won awards in moot court and mock trial competitions; served as a teaching assistant for courses in business, economics, and social security law; and served as an extern for the Honorable Helen Gillmor of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii and the Honorable Frederick Scullin of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
